MBPA LPM Material KYLOTE 8801/8801A

8801/8801A is a bio-based MBPA material designed for low-pressure injection molding. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic, and odorless, producing no harmful emissions during application. Compliant with EU RoHS and REACH standards, and achieving UL94V-0 flame-retardant certification, its distinctive molecular architecture allows molding under ultra-low pressures (1 bar to 40 bar). This minimizes pressure-induced damage during the encapsulation of precision components such as integrated circuits. Curing within seconds at room temperature, it represents a high-performance solution for damage-free, efficient encapsulation processes.
