MBPA LPM Material KYLOTE 8806/8806A

8806/8806A is a bio-based MBPA material suitable for low-pressure injection molding processes. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic, odorless, and produces no harmful substances during use. It complies with EU RoHS and REACH standards and meets the UL94V-0 flammability rating. Its unique molecular structure enables injection molding at extremely low pressures (1 bar to 40 bar), effectively preventing pressure-induced damage during encapsulation of precision components such as integrated circuits. Curing occurs within seconds at room temperature, making it a high-performance functional material for non-destructive and highly efficient encapsulation processes.
