MBPA LPM Material KYLOTE 8808S/8808AS

8808S/8808AS is an MBPA bio-based material designed for low-pressure injection molding. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic, odorless, and produces no harmful substances during use. Compliant with EU RoHS and REACH standards, its flame retardancy meets UL94V-0 criteria. Its unique molecular structure enables molding at ultra-low pressures (1 bar to 40 bar), effectively avoiding pressure-related damage during the encapsulation of precision devices such as integrated circuits. It cures in seconds at room temperature, making it an ideal high-performance material for non-destructive and highly efficient encapsulation processes.
