MBPA LPM Material KYLOTE 8896/8896A

8896/8896A is an MBPA bio-based material designed for low-pressure molding processes. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic, odorless, and produces no harmful substances during use. It complies with EU RoHS and REACH standards and meets UL94V-0 flame-retardant requirements. Its unique molecular structure enables molding at extremely low pressures (1 bar to 40 bar), effectively preventing pressure-related damage during the encapsulation of precision components such as integrated circuits. It cures in seconds at room temperature, making it a high-performance functional material for non-destructive and efficient encapsulation processes.
