MBPA LPM Material KYLOTE 8897/8897A

8897/8897A is a bio-based MBPA material designed for low-pressure injection molding. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic, odorless, and generates no harmful substances during use. Compliant with EU RoHS and REACH standards, it also meets UL94V-0 flame-retardancy requirements. Its unique molecular structure enables molding at ultra-low pressures (1 bar to 40 bar), effectively avoiding pressure-related damage during the encapsulation of precision devices such as integrated circuits. It cures in seconds at room temperature, making it an ideal high-performance material for non-destructive and efficient encapsulation processes.
